Method of Sale

Buyer's Choice

Buyer's Choice is the fair & simple way to sell land. The bidding will begin at the Opening Bid per Acre. All tracts are available at that time. Buyers are bidding on any of the tracts, their choice. At the end of the first round of bidding, the Winning Bidder will pick the tract or tracts that they want. Their bid price per acre will be multiplied by the number of acres in the tract or tracts they pick. After the first bidder has selected, then Bidding will begin over again for a second round. And then the next new Winning Bidder will pick their tract or tracts, and the process repeats until all tracts are selected.
